Its a place where every year flood just comes and the road goes under water. For this the transportation between Jamalpur & Sherpur got stopped mostly during this rainy season. This year Local govt trying to make two sperate connecting bridge upon these to divisions of road... lets see what happened.

Until now, when the water level of Jamuna -> Brahmaputra river increased during the monsoon season, water used to flow over the road at the shop burner diversion and Shimultali diversion of Sherpur-Jamalpur regional highway. However, work is underway to solve this problem by constructing small bridges in these two diversions this year.
