Water Garden Resort & Spa (টাঙ্গাইল ওয়াটার গার্ডেন রিসোর্ট)

One of the most beautiful resort I ever visited. They have a beautiful landscape. Plant variety awesome. Pros: Awesome swimming pool. Specious room. Handicap people can move all around the resort with wheelchair. Nature is stunning. Cons: Room amenities are poor Restaurant need to be robust All other activities like gym, movie theatre, kids playing zone, horse cart, etc. still not ready. Some of the staffs are very friendly and they will just win your heart, while others are not up to the mark. So this experience is mixed.

Food quality was not upto the mark.And they need to work on their air condition system.Its a mess as for now.Apart from these,the plaxe itself is very nice with serene nature around us.Swimming pool is average,not much deep.Stuffs were very helpful and well mannered. And lastly,mosquito problem is rampnat.

We had a business trip with the team there to work and relax. The photos are accurate, and this is a great looking place. The swimming pool is beautiful lit, clean, and nice. The rooms are excellent, luxurious and new. The staff is very experienced and has international experience. Their head-chef even followed classes at Bocuses' cooking school in Paris. Offcourse, most meals requested are bengali style, so he can't show off what he can really do, and some products are difficult to get especially in this pandemic time. The other staff are very willing, helpful and try to arrange some shortcomings as soon as possible. I would like to give 5 stars, since this place has the potential, and with a little more investment, finishing of the decorations it will be 5 star. Obviously, a number of steps in the service chain don't operate perfectly yet, but give it a little time and experience (and hopefully more visitors for them!), it will be. Some things were missing, but fixed soon. If you live in Dhaka with a kids, and seek a safe and clean place, not too far from the city, with playgrounds, a good internetconnection (!) I can really recommend it. The surrounding areas not not yet very exciting, but the roads to it are good and its a swift ride.
