The Riaz building is located on an important part of Katiadi, Hiralal Sahar Junction, Sararchar Road. Islam Traders and Travels is located on the second floor of the building where there is an opportunity to purchase air tickets, change dates and extend visas. There is also a hospital and medical facilities on the second floor of the building. There is a drug store on the ground floor of the building where emergency medicine as well as gas-cylinder is provided. There are also three large furniture shops downstairs where almost all types of furniture are available.
