The location is very beaitiful. Just beside the Dhaka Aricha High way. There is a vast field infront of it. Boali graveyard is adjacent to this college. This College is regarded as the best college of the Shibalaya Upazilla. This college has honors section now under the National University of Bangladesh. The students come from the surrounding areas. The quality of education is average. The students depend on private tuition though. The College has no canteen of it’s own and no transport service. Basu Deb is the most renowned teacher at this moment. Student politics was not much active before but now a days it is very active. BSL dominates the politics at this moment with the support of the MP Naimur Rahman Durjoy, the former captain of Bangladesh Cricket team. The beauty of this colleges goes abundant in the rainy season when the adjacent field is flooded with the water.
