Dr. Abdul Gaffar Khan High School & College, is one of the significant charities under the charitable trust of Late. Dr. Abdul Gaffar Khan, a renouned practising docter of Kolkata, being a son of the soil of Balualandi, Gazaria, Munshiganj. Besides his professional renounce, he was also known as a social worker doing charity, being a Landlord of one thousand bighas of land, at his village hometown, Baluakandi. Thus, he has made uncountable charities regarding rural development and supporting the poverty, in his lifetime, and even after his passing away, under his directives, the charities provided by his sons & daughters, by the charitable trust in his name.
