At the upazila level, there is a post bungalow with the funding of the district council. This post bungalow has been constructed in Hathazari upazila with the funding of the district council. It is located in a very important and crowded place inside Hathazari Bazar with the Zila Parishad Super Market at the entrance and the largest Qawmi Madrasa in Bangladesh on the east side. Although the Zila Parishad owns the bungalow, the Upazila Nirbahi Officer supervises the bungalow. At the upazila level, it is very important for government officials to join as temporary accommodation.
