Back in 2001, When Harry potter movie was first released, I saw that harry potter travelling to Hogwarts school by train to the Hogsmeade station which is the end station of Hogwarts express...it was magical to watch...from then as a kid, I Dreamt about going to school by train! After 8 years, I saw a train, that train which could take me to my destination...That was like Hogwarts train from the Harry Potter...but it was shuttle train...A train which carries thousands of future leaders and Dreamers of the country...It is the one and only train service for university students across the world, which makes the Chittagong University Railway Station the only university railway station in the world…This station is very elegant place in term of its natural beauty…Surrounded by the Green hills, Green Forests, Green paddy fields which makes this station heavenly…A magical journey of 40 mins to Chittagong University Railway Station that you will never forget…

A memorable place for the students' of University of Chittagong. From here students get in the trains and come back to Chittagong city. This place remains busy when the train arrives and departs. But the station platform is quite low in height which needs to be upgraded. Though I saw a huge development work in January 2021 as new platform sheds were added. Hope that, authority will renovate this station soon.

Chittagong University has railways as the only university in the world. A very pleasant platform in a rural environment. The students of the city go to the university by shuttle train. Local people also use this railway to get around the city.
