Most significant place for the students of University of Chittagong. You can go to any place of the university from here. There is almost all kind of shops also. Such as photocopy, groceries, stationary items, restaurants etc. You will find a public toilet there. Also there you will get vehicles to come back to Chittagong city. Also there is railway station beside this place.

A very much beautiful place with well accessibility of vehicles, wheel chair motor bike. Four road junction are here,also having a zero shaped memorial sculpture designed for pay respect of the martyrs of the Liberation War in 1971 was students or teacher of CU, Chattar name "Sharon chattar", there are lot of hotel,jhupri, stationary, fastfood and photocopy shops. The last stoppage of CU rail line, the railway platform also located here.
