A residential hotel in Sir Iqbal Road, Khulna, BangladeshVery old and it's old furniture suggest that it was once a very famous hotel for outsider of Khulna. Reasonable rate of the rooms.

Not bad

The worse resturant I have ever come across. The service was unexpected worse and stuffs were rude. We booked our seats a week ago. They cancelled our booking because they called us on the booked day for get the confirmation but couldn't get hold of us. They never said the procedure or anything about the calling when we booked. And it is quite possible for a person during the office hour could be very busy and might not be able to pick up the call. When we went there they behaved like we people are very unwanted. Less than half of the resturant was hardly filled but they were behaving like they had a full reservation. Few minutes later Manager came up and showed us a table in a way that we were criminals. We left the place quitely because we thought the way they were behaving if we made any mistake they could punish us heavily. A terrible experience. Anyways I have never heard a resturant like this needs reservation a week before. I highly recommend people to visit there to experience how worse a service can be. Good luck.
