Government Majid Memorial City College is a college in Khulna, Bangladesh. The institute was established in the middle of the 19th century. It is situated beside the Khan Jahan Ali Road, near the "Royal er mor". It is a combined college offering 11th and 12th grades in 3 major subjects: Science, Commerce, and Arts.

After SSC, the best students of Khulna get admitted into the college and thus they make the best result in HSC examination. This way the college gets good reputation all over the country. But the problem is, the number of students admitted into the college is two to three times higher than the capacity of the classrooms in the college. Although it is not a big issue as many of the students attend classes once or twice a month. Even most of the students of class twelve do not attend classes at all!
