Mahan Kabil Bhuiyan (father Solaiman Bhuiyan) built this body about 5 centuries ago. He came from Madhugram Bhuiyan Bodhi and settled at the present Ghatghar Madrasa. Later, due to various facilities, he started living in the river Dharampur, with his brother and Chilo both establishing a zamindari about 1 kilometer more to the south from Ghatghar and about 5 meters before the river to the west. His four sons - Pachi Bhuiyan 2 Rogi Bhuiyan - Chan Mia Bhuiyan - Bose Bhuiyan are currently the descendants of his first three sons. After the death of Mahan Kabil, he was buried on the north bank of the Ghatghar (Chillarghat) Bridge, where his sons and grandchildren were buried, and many of his wives and grandchildren were buried there.
