Nice hotel & all staffs are very friendly, I just love this hotel 🥰🥰

Very bad service. The room and the beds were dusty and when we asked them to clean they told us they had cleaned it already. The fan is fixed on high speed and you can't adjust the speed (on winter season). There were no appliances from them, we had to buy all the essentials. Their wi-fi has a weak connection from the 4th floor and the accommodation starts from 3rd floor. When we asked about it they said the router is downstairs. It was the worst experience of our 2 days trip to srimongol. Whatever you do don't book a room with them.

It was a disgusting experience. The bedsheets & comforters were too much dirty and unclean.Maybe they didn't clean them for start🤢🤮

Service is to bad

Yes, it's a good place. The rooms are cheep which is helped for the middle classes public. The staffs are also helpful and overall it is ok.
