Rupali Bank Limited, a private company. However, its service is fairly good. And agree to the standard. It is located next to the affordable clothing store adjacent to the supermarket in Kurigram. Although private, its services are relatively good. However, in some cases they have limitations. Which should not be. Rupoli Bank's own ATM booths are very small. The number should be increased. And it is necessary to improve the quality of M card service. I lost my ATM card. I went to Kurigram Rupali Bank branch to withdraw it, my account was at Rupali Bank Sagardi branch. And I lost my job in Kurigram. It is very unreasonable to go to Barisal only for ATM card. They tell me that I have to contact Sagardi branch to get back this lost ATM card. Setra I talk about account transfer, they say for account transfer I have to contact Rupa Sagardi branch and be present there in person. Which is not possible for me. As an alternative method, they tell me to open a new account and collect a new ATM card. Although this method is reasonable, the problem is complete. I got into trouble. If my card could be processed from Kurigram branch, I think the quality of service would increase. And this would not have been harassment. Thanks
