Totally worthless bank ever i've seen in my entire life, hardly it takes 1 minute to reach the bank from my house and that's the only reason i was gone there twice between a couple of weeks, i'm talking about NCC Bank Bogra Namazgarh Branch(0045),was gone there for Remittance services, i was given them all details of my transaction and on the "Expected Amount" column was given there the probable amount of my local currency (which was nearly to the exact amount) ,when they asked me for the exact amount again i told them the exact USD amount which was sent to me and that was matched, but as the local currency was little bit different from the actual amount so they refused to withdraw my remittance, i said them few times that it's not my first transaction and i've been using it since from last 10 years, if the USD amount matched and the local currency is little bit different then it's absolutely accepted for remittance and i've used so many different banks and i never faced this type of issue, they all know this and this is very normal that's why on remittance form there is written "Expected Amount" on the amount section, after that they said please take it from others, we can't give you, i said alright and i left, this was the whole story of my first visit at NCC Bank Bogra Namazgarh Branch. now let's move on the 2nd day of my visit, this time i was gone with the exact local currency amount along with the other details as well, i saw the empty desk and when i asked for remittance services someone said me there is an employee named Sumon please ask him, i was looking for him and i saw he is talking some personal things with another employee and he said me to wait, when 20 minutes passed and an employee noticed that it's been too long i'm waiting there then he said to Mr Sumon to take care about my remittance as i've been waiting from more than 20 minutes, then he came and took all details from me, this time everything was okay but when he saw the sender name and the sender was a foreigner who sent me the money then another drama was started this time also, and you won't believe what he said, he said sender should be a bangladeshi person who lives in abroad and sent you the money. trust me this was the first time in last 10 years i've heard something like this, his attitude simply proves that he don't know the meaning of remittance and he isn't aware about the remittance services as well.
