They force customers to have different packages.

They force customers to have very higher rate packages. If you don't do anything of higher rate, they behave roughly. Another problem is they lie, they say that if you do this on your hair/face, you will get this benefit, but actually nothing happens. Wastage of money and time. If you don't have time in your hand then they say this package will take very short time. But actually it takes 3 times longer than the time they say.
