Faced a bad experience yesterday (27.12.2020) at Pabna to Chittagong route by SHAHZADPUR TRAVELS. Supervisors allowed 3 local passengers from SAVAR though they not buy the ticket according to the rules. one passenger are continuously vomiting but supervisors didn't provide the polythene bag as well as overall behavior was not good. Furthermore several window is not closed properly so that cool air is enter into the bus . There is a problem in the window. Management should provide the basic facility of the passenger.
