Went to the Shop. It is located in the prime location of Pabna city. As a brand Bay is not well-known to all. Due to its easy accessibility, customers can easily enter the shop. It is located just in "traffic moor" pabna. Lotif tower is just near it. Bay need to do more promotional activists to attract customers. Compare to Apex, Bay showroom is small. But they have variety of products like gents, ladies, kids footware. Gents belt, wallet, etc. Shoe designs are good. Bay is not providing any special offers like Apex, Lotto, Easy, etc brands. Customer service was satisfactory. Need to bring more product variety.
