There is no playground in front of the school. There is a large pond. There is no boundary. There are paved roads nearby.

Adam Khan Kandi Government Primary School No. 3 in Kuliyarchar Municipality, Kuliyarchar Municipality, Ward 6, Adam Khan Kandi Mahalsna, in 1936, the late teacher Hanif Bhuiyan and the late Abu Abdul Hamibah. Taher, Khorshed Ali, Golam Rahman, Anisur Rahman, Majnu Mia and Matiur Rahman jointly established the school on 26 percent of the land through zamindan. Since there were no schools in or around the area before the establishment of schools, the people of the area were illiterate. Realizing this situation, the school was set up in the interest of education of the people of the area with the initiative of the above mentioned persons and with the cooperation of notable people of the area.
