Poor banking services I have ever experienced! They waited me more than one hour to say no for a service! Whereas their call center sent me there for getting the 2FA device from this place! They have no concerns about their customers time value!

Most of the time half of the counters are empty. Takes long time to get work done. Not welcoming as well.

Sometimes there Booth are closed due to server down. Otherwise it's good for daily necessary
