I used to come here just for Dollar endorsement. Place is good for banking. You may bother with huge numbers of customer.

One of the finest private sector banks in Bangladesh. Good service. Good online service. Headquarters in Gulshan, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Good service and not so time consuming. Keep it up.

This bank is not transparent at all with their customers. I just took a small loan from this bank few years back and now I can tell you confidently how bitter experience I have had with them. Let me share you the scenario: This year they rescheduled my loan without taking any formal consent from me which is not expected under any circumstances. Secondly, they did not complaint with BRPD circulars by Bangladesh Bank and also imposed unexpected charges on my loan account. In spite made numerous communications with the bank for these problems did not get any solutions yet. Then, I raised the flag to Bangladesh Bank for the same issues which is still under investigation. At the moment, I am considering to move another bank discontinuing all the services with this bank.

One of the best Bank in Bangladesh which gives you quality service and banking. Little expensive in terms of charges. City Gem is their priority Banking service located at Different Branch but best one is situated in the ground floor of the Head Office Branch at Gulshan Avenue. Limitation of this branch is lack of parking facilities.
