Very good branch with all of the facilities. This is an Authorised Dealer branch and mainly famous for Foreign Exchange transaction like Export, Import, Remittances (Swift), FC Endorsement, Student Files. Interior is awesome and there is a waiting lounge at level 1 which is very praiseworthy.

Too much unprofessional and customer decentric. Helpdesk and scheme Desk employees attitude like they are BCS officers and customers are donkey, they show me high court and so on. From the opening to closing of my monthly deposit scheme I saw their attitude rather than customer centric behavior. I don't think me or my family will do any more transactions with this bank in future. Thanks for the experience.

Help desk service is bad and help desk lady staff behave very bad.
