Horrible service. I just wanted to quickly relax after a long day and had gone there for a dry head massage as place was about to close.
The lady literally does not know how to massage. She was definitely not a professional. In fact, she tore most of my hair and all night I suffered from MAJOR headache and had to take ibuprofen afterwards.
I honestly expected the minimum professionalism as it is an "award winning" salon. But shockingly disappointed
Jhaymie there is the best hair stylist in town, with perfect finesse
The staff need to have more professionalism. Everyone is a bit slow. On top of it, their customers are really special. The staff are wearing PPE but customers are even without mask. So, they maybe carrying the virus and contaminating the place. Everyone should be asked to put on the mask, at least.
