Service & Standards are not up to the mark. The Hospital Management needs to re-think about their Policies.

My grandmother was admitted into this hospital as she already had health problems with diabetes and high blood pressure. She had a little trouble with breathing. Immediately when they placed her in the ICU they gave her medication without even testing to see what was wrong. They just assumed she had coronavirus and gave her 2 antibiotics at the same time that did nothing but worsen her condition. Immediately after giving her the medication her oxygen level went down by a lot. My grandmother's health was deteriorating and the hospital used her as a test subject. When my mom asked the doctor whether they tested her for coronavirus, they said no and only gave her medication because they saw symptoms but that is not what good doctors are supposed to do. My mom asked if they did CT scans to check her lungs and they lied saying they did and then later told my mom they have no reports about her health and condition. The doctors and nurses here will continuously lie and do nothing but harm.Then she was put on life support and a few hours after life support, my grandmother died. Do not ever come to this hospital.

Hospital is a famous government medical college and Hospital. I think it is the best medical college. But as a hospital it's not so good. Proper authority should to take proper decision to develop the quality of medical diagnostics systems.

My mother got into this hospital. She had many health problems such as high blood pressure. They placed her in the ICU, and they didn't even give her any tests or get any information. They gave her medication for coronavirus without even knowing if she had it. After that, her oxygen levels dropped significantly. They used her as a test subject, giving her many medications for no reason. I asked the doctors if they tested her for coronavirus or anything else, to give her the medication, but they said that they just saw the symptoms and gave it to her without testing to see what happened to her. They also said that there were no reports available. She then got on life support and, and passed away a few hours later. She died because of their poor service. Do not ever come to this hospital, they don't care about their patients, using them as test subjects, giving random medication. All they care about is money, they don't care about saving any lives.

This is one of the worst HOSPITAL in Bangladesh, there are so many reasons that they are one of the lowest grade of hospital. Number one in service, they don’t provide minimum level of service to the patients. My father died on 1st of December at Shahabuddin Hospital, Gulshan Dhaka because of their careless treatment. He was admitted at the hospital for a very minor surgery and died after 5 hours of his surgery. Shockingly, there were no doctors available when we needed one. Secondly, they have bunch of unprofessional doctors at the hospital who provide treatment without doing proper analysis. I lost my father only because of their careless treatment, I would love to seek attention of Management and request them to have quality and professional doctors at your hospital. At the end of the day, doctors are there to rescue someone’s life not just enjoy cinema shooting in the Hospital.
