Very slow visa service, only 2 visa officers attending to many applicants who have to wait outside in the heat without a proper waiting room. No social distancing as applicants keep waiting to get inside for hours while others join them over time. No clear instructions, for example payment is only through credit/debit card only. This whole process can be done online as they do not take biometrics at the Embassy, only see the face of the applicant (which they can easily do through a passport drop window) to save time. Only good part is no fee if they don't give a visa.

All chinese exporter need payment by TT. This is risk for Importers 100% Letter of credit at sight is internationally accepted by exporters and importers why only chinese exporter needed Advancs TT deposit. May I ask to concern authority of embassy to give us guarantee against TT. If exporter fail to supply in time or supply duplicate products. Who can solve our problems

A beautiful memory about this mission. It was probably 2000-01, the Embassy just started operations in this new location. I visited one of the diplomats to offer Land Rover 4x4 vehicles and during the meeting, heavy rain started and continued for hours. Due to restricted diplomatic zone, public transport is normally limited and it was even worse due to rain. The diplomat send me back to our office in Tejgaon in his car and told me pick up my motorbike when the rain stops or in a convenient time. I will never forget the gesture. The ambience is great with Chinese culture & Heritage.

There is no appointment system!!! No guide line what so ever!! No proper queuing. Absolutely madness. Its you complete loss when you have to do your own visa processing by yourself. They allow people to enter from 9.30 to 12.30. In 1 hour only 5 people can submit applications
