One of best gyms in gulshan 1 area. There used to be good behaved trainers and staffs. Clean environment and pretty decent equipments. Car parking is a hassle in the building. Overall good place for workout.

As Well As All The Other Staffs Got One Thing In Common : A Smiling Face & A Helping Attitude. A Self Service Juice Corner, Temporary & Permanent Locker Facility, Prayer Space Just One Floor Down, Very Neat Washroom. The Most Important Part Is Security. For The Reason They Don't Have Only Local Clients But A Quite Good Number of Foreigners As Their Clients. Nobody Can Get In or Out Without Swiping The Designated Card. If It Comes To Price, I Would Have Just Like Any Other, Consider 7k A Month Is A Little Too High For Gym. But With All Those Facility Stated Above It's Worth & Justified With The Price. And Actually It's Less Cause They Have Some Offer Going On, Pick According To Your Plan & Save Quite A Good Amount. Ohhh & With Some Plans They Give Beautiful Fitness Duffel Bag As A Gift...
