This place is good for make you fitness best.

I went there on a whim, to trial their free boxing class, and I've been hooked ever since. They have two mat areas...an assortment of heavy bags/ light weights and a couple of medicine balls; gloves are provided. The trainers and the gym vibe are what keep u coming back! Friendly place that takes their training seriously. Special shout out to coach Iftekhar...Isar and Ghalib. They helped whip my lazy self into the best shape I've been in a while.
