Hotel Sea Crown

They will say one thing verbally and print in booking confirmation another thing which will cause problem in the Hotel. Happened with me, be careful. Their hotel reception staff told me that if any special request I had with Dhaka office, then Dhaka office would have printed in booking confirmation which they didn't do although O requested them. They just told that me to put my request in Hotel itself and it will be no issue.

Nice place for public gathering. The place is located in a suitable and secured location. The view is magnificent. Specious car parking, lift, escalators and many other facilities available here. Multiple events can be organized here. The third floor have a specious balcony and the internal decoration is vary nice.

Used to be my to go hotel everytime we went to Cox's Bazar. For last few days no one is picking up phone or returning messages. This is beyond unprofessional.

Worst situation ever.. I have paid by dkash. They have gicen me money recite. Even after that they have taken money from my guests. What a worst situation.. Never felt so disgrace...

Nice decorations. However, it should be more spacious.
