Reception staff is very unfriendly. However their food was very good and restaurant staff was very helpful

Today we went there in their buffet dinner. All the foods was very delicious and hygienic. Their service was very good and co-operative. All together it was a complete fun. All the stuffs was very well behaved and their service was exclusive especially Mukta.

Their open sky lounge is good. Bar is very expensive comparatively. But their service quality is very impressive. They have different ballroom to do any programs from 50 people to max 300 people. Food quality is also good.

Even though I was expecting more options and some exquisite sea food, they didn’t have much to offer. Other than this, overall experience was great. Their staffs were really conscious about corona safety issues.
