The staffs are really friendly and cooperative. But the service is really slow. Only two counters were open. I had to wait one hour Just to pay for a booking.

Maintaining a very good policy. They are probably the only airline tickets seller with that many number of stuffs and stuffs are well behaved.

Executives are helpful but if you have credit card facility then do not need to come here... no extra facility is actually available here.
