It opens at 9pm and take the forms submission at 9.30am, you are get a maximum time of 1.30 pm, no one hear will wear a white dress this is not allowed. Many people come here every day. Someone comes to make a new passport or renewal, then someone in to come take the passport, before coming to the passport office you must know if you are under the office.

The present systems are better than one's expectations. You will face no hassle if you go there with full preparation. By full preparation I mean, you need to go there with all the required attested documents, and need to wear colorful clothes (do not wear white color cloths). But the only one problem is that they CAN NOT deliver you the passport on time. That's very sad! Passport application are taken from 9 AM to 2 PM. Passports are delivered from 9:15 AM to 3:30 PM. Points to be noted: * if you fill up your form online, print the whole form in 2 pages. Do not print out the form in 4 pages. You have to print the both sides of the pages. * attach your photo and bank receipt in the form with glue. Do not staple the photo, otherwise your form will be rejected. * attach your attested NID/Smart Card's copy with the form. If you don't have any NID/Smart Card, attach your attested Birth Certificate's copy which has to be online registered. Do not bring the birth certificate which doesn't have any info in online. The authority rejects old birth certificate.
