The upazila headquarters is spread over the only two urban areas of the upazila, Dhipur and Daser Jangal mauzas. Together they have a total area of 4.33 square kilometres (1.67 sq mi) Idilpur pilot high school,Shamsur Rahman degree college,Idilpur pur Dhakhil madrasah Idilpur primary school are the adjacent educational institutions to Upazila headquarter.other than Upazila health complex,number of private health diagnostic centres(though limited facility exists),Upazila police station just to the close vicinity of Upazila headquarter complex. After 1983 this headquarter complex doesn’t get any structured or visual change rather than few extensions. Yet after development process of administration who all are working from this old building are approaching towards digital world very faster.
