Lalmai railway station is famous for the Lalmai hills. This is a small station. Here are the only local train stoppages. There is no system to sit in the flat platform. But the development of the station is going on in the near future.

It's a small but important railway station used for transit purpose. It don't have ticket selling facilities but one can get on board once the train stops for a crossing purpose. The station is near to Dhaka-Chittagong highway. It's like a junction from where you can move to multiple places. Most of the local trains stops here.
