Good place..
Built in memory of the martyrs of the language movement in 1952, this installation carries special significance in this field because the worthy child of this village is the language martyr Abdus Salam. The school on which the Shaheed Minar was erected in his memory is now called Shaheed Salam Government Primary School. The Shaheed Minar is a symbol of the awakening of the Bengali nation.
