If you love to spend some couple of hours by reading books just go there. Lots of books and newspaper avilable. Sound and comfortable place to concentret on reading. You will get some rare books here.

Nabinchandra Sen Public Library is a public library run by Feni District Administration. Nabinchandra Sen served Feni for 6-8 years as Subdivisional Officer (SDO) from 1884. He is called the Founder of modern Feni. Besides his long administrative service, he is famous for his literary works. He is particularly famous for his three epic poetry namely 'Palaseyer Juddho'(পলাশীর যুদ্ধ) 'Kurukheytra' কুরুক্ষেত্র) and 'Roibotok' রৈবতক।
