It is a holy and important place for the muslim religious people. There is a railway station named Sitakund railway station. So, everyday a lot of people gather the station and as a result, they perform their prayer at that station. There is a pond near the mosque. So, people may go to that pond to make Ozu, washing hand and face for preparation of prayer. There is a Ozukhana.
