Meherpur General Hospital 250 beds

The largest government hospital in meherpur. But 250 beds very few against its necessity. There are a highrise building under construction. Two wing in this hospital one is emergency wing and other is outdoor wing. Ground floor is male ward, 1st floor female ward & 2nd floor child ward. There are 3 patient cabin each floor. Except these cabin another 8 ICU cabin in ground floor. In south wing of hospital building situated diarrhea ward. Ambulance service available here.

Treatment not good. But for emergency, it's ok

Very poor facilities. The hospital is always overcrowded and in comparison to that facilities are minimum. Number of doctors can be increased to diverse the services. Diagnostic facilities are nil and must be introduced. Staffs are not professional and the hygiene is below standard. Overall the standard must be improved to save lives of emergency patients.

Their service are very poor.The Number of doctors are very low compared to the patient.
