This is a co-educational school besides sreepur bazar,on the bank of kumar river. Full name of this school is sreepur M.C(mohesh chandra) pilot high school.

One of the best High Schools in Magura District. It was founded in 1902. Initially it got recognised by Calcutta University. The School was established by local people. Son of Mahesh Chandra was the biggest contributor among them. That is why the School was named after Mahesh Chandra abbreviated as Sripur MC High School. After independence of Bangladesh, the school was selected as a pilot school. In 2018 the school got nationalized.
