NRB Bank Limited

I went there to collect my remittance from UK and there was not a single customer inside. When I approach to the counter I saw the three staff members together and I showed them my pin no. They replied the person deals with pin no. remittance he has been transferred to some other branch and the new guy to deal with pin no. remittance is not in today. How ridiculous is that

Very poor service, holding the passengers they are going here and there and no full concentration on the Clint, other hand, the are not expert in banking just taking too much time for solving a problem and one wisparing with other for any solution.

NRB Bank is one of the commercial bank under the central. The bank perform these action whichever are to be done by commercial bank. You can get there by transport but wheelchair is not accessible. The bank is located in the oldest shopping centre called "Manru" near by Chouhatta point and noyasorok. It has a beautiful view. After enter into the manru you should go at the left hand side to get into the Bank.

Good services also have their ATM booth near the Bank.
