I went there for a quick facial, especially for my blackheads. But they don't even know how to remove blackhead whiteheads. I told them two times but the result was the same. But the girl( Nury Yesmin Liza) who was with me in the reception tried to help me. But the girl who was doing my facial doesn't know anything about facial. Persona is now only a brand name nothing else. Highly disappointed.
