Like all other Clinic.Here, almost all patients are admitted under a specific consultant. Mostly they admit for operation. For doing an operation patient need preoperative fitness and post operative observation. clinic duty doctor do this jobs 24 hours on the basis of 3 shift..All types operation except cardivascular surgery routinely done by specialized surgeon..Mostly ENT surgeons, Neurosurgeon, Obstetric Surgeon do the operations. But remembered here is no ICU and CCU facilities. Emergency service not develope. On urgent basis some extent of emergency service given for life saving.. [N.B. Neurosurgery operation practically done in few clinic]

Services is good here but in case of accident they usually do not take serious patients instead refer to Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical.
