Orchid Business Hotel

It's a good hotel for staying in Chittagong. Though the washroom and fridge of my room was little dirty. Bt during check out time I inform that to receptionist they say they Will correct it. Reception service, Housekeeping service was quite good.

This is so far the best hotel with this money range! Room was nice, and the staff behavior, hospitality is totally up to the mark.

So much warmfull hospitality..The manager and all the staffs are very helpful. Strict privacy system. All in all it is the best hotel in Chittagong.😊

Good Location, walking distance from Central point of Agrabad. Room was clean, it's ok for short stay. However, the entrance of the hotel is not suitable for disabled and old age guest. And their restaurant and the complementary breakfast is too poor, it should be improved.

Its a great disappointment. None of the service are good. Restaurant is very bad. If you order a cup of coffee it will take more than 25 mins to serve. Housekeeping is also very lousy. Poor front desk & welcome management . Towels & bedsheet are smelly. Never recommend this hotel to anyone.
