I visited Dhaka-Satkhira and Dhaka-Khulna several times. Although the standard of service is fairly well, the behavior of the transport staff is not very good. They lack cordiality. There have been some incidents in my life with them. Convenient aspects of this transport are their business in different places of the country. It can be easily transported to different places of the country. Maybe that's why they do not feel the need to show warmth with the passengers. I think the transportation system will improve if the staff's behavior improves.
