Some staff in kulaura branch especially Anamul! avoids if you are a foreigner, I call many times to get information the guys answer call talk to me vary rude I have asked him I would like to talk with branch manager he declined, can’t be this kind of staff working with islam bank bd ?

Avoid if you are a foreigner, I have never seen any bank manager like him. He doesn’t even know sultana kamal man or woman’s account. He harassed me a lot when I tried to withdraw the money by a check.I don’t understand how a bank manager doesn’t know sultana kamal man or woman. We had to travel 3 days from sylhet to kulaura for this check.
