Goal-e-Afroz Government College is a higher educational institution with a residential cooperation between the Singra Upazila in Natore district. It was established in 1970 before the war of independence of Bangladesh and was governed in 1986. This college was established in the name of a family member of Rajshahi's Chair-Natore family and Gulbadan Begum and Samu Uddin Ahmad daughter, Begum Goal-e-Afroz. The last land of Natore's Jamaluddin Mirza is her Grandfather, the wife of MM Rahmatullah. Although it was a private college in the traditional Sing-Natore family, in 1986, the President and former military ruler HM Ershad Governmentelaiged it. Since then, it is under the Ministry of Education Government of Bangladesh. Higher education is provided in several subjects in the college. Every year, many students from this college are able to get good results. The college has a large hostel for students to stay in. There is a mosque in the northeast corner of the college's main building. The natural environment of Tashar College is quite attractive. Flower gardens arranged around the college's vast campus, huge ponds on one side, and rows of mahogany trees on the other side are the beauty of the college. Since its inception, the institute has been operating with good reputation. This institute has a very talented teachers and officiary. There is skilled Managing Committee to manage the organization. Apart from education, there are sports and exercise facilities. There is a huge playground on the east side of the main building. The students are tired of being given religious and moral education on the basis of subject-based education. Moreover, the organization's discipline is relatively good.

This college has glorious history during several important events behind the foundation of Bangladesh. Many successful person of Bangladesh have studied here.The teachers of the college are highly educated.

Gol e Afroz government college is one of the nice college in Singra,Natore. It is situated in Rajshahi Division (North Bengal?) , Bangladesh. Nice building with natural beauty. A large and nice playground is situated in front of the college. Also have college hosted will all the facilities. This college was established in 1970.
