Developing 8 silo complex of capacity 5.36 lakh MT to ensure safe storage of food grain during calamities. The capacity of Madhupur steel silo is 48000 MT which includes 16 bins. Each bin’s capacity is 3000 MT. All machines and equipment will be run automatically for ensuring the quick and convenient import and export of food grains. Now here is a construction site, but in future (Maybe 2020) it will be a modern rice repository. It's capacity is 48.000 mT, there are many machines and equipment which are controlled automatically, ensuring the quick and convenient import and export. This storage is one of the first 3 warehouses of Modern food storage facilities Project, by Directorated General of Food, Ministry of Food, Bangladesh.
