Very rude employees here. Most of the people aren't helpful

I sent some money from London. I this lockdown situation my old age mother went there twice but couldn’t get the money. On 3rd day she went there again and then they realised that it was their mistake to put the PIN number correctly. Their service is very poor and very very bad manners people works there.
