M.H. High school founded in 1921.The full name of this school is Madhusudan Harishova high school. But the school is highly renounce as Madhusudan high school. Mr. Madhusudan Roy Bahadur was the first headmaster of this school in 1921 as wel as he was chairman of chandpur pourashobha at that time also.In 1939, Mr. Mothura mohan poddar, a famous business man and educationist contributed his land for the school. It was well known that there was a temple at Mr. Mothura mohan poddar's home where had the idol of Lord Madhusudan(Bisnwa). The name of the school Madhusudan Horishova high school according to the name of lord Madhusudan (Lord Bisnwa) not by the name of poet Michel Madhusudan or the name of First headmaster Roy bahadur Mr.Madhusudan Roy. The word harishova included because the school started in1921 from puran bazar horishova.
