Take a walk on the beach side of Rio... Flamengo Park is one of my favorite places for jogging, biking and skating... The park was created by a famous Brazilian Landscape Architect so it's full of exotic Rainforest plants and every Sunday and holidays the streets along the park are closed for cars so there is plenty of room for outdoor activities... But be aware that I wouldn't go in the ocean water there because it's improper for swimming, unfortunately... besides that, it's a great place to workout and relax...

Nice place for chilling and sport. Beach is ok but I heard the water is polluted.
