Shiso

Great food and overall experience, despite being located inside a hotel. Was a bit disappointed that they didn’t have plum wine.

Great sushi and experience. Only downside is no outdoor dining during the pandemic.

Not sure what happened with our experience at Shiro, but even though the service was friendly (English was a challenge) it was incredibly slow. We had to ask a few times to get our drinks. Once we got the food, the fish was bland and very little high quality taste and feel that you expect from a sushi restaurant of this caliber.

Typically I'm not the kind of guy who stays at the hotel for dinner... yes this was a good reason for doing an exception!! Perfectly prepared, with clean execution, choose the bar in front of the kitchen in order to enjoy the whole experience. If you are staying at Grand Hyatt or in the area of Barra da Tijuca, give yourself there opportunity discover the amazing flavors available and upscale service

An amazing experience! So emersive and delicious, i will come back to have more moments of that. Congrats, continue with the work of excelence.
