Dishonest, careless and ignorantnnThis place was actually good but I strongly recommend not to use it anymore unless you want your cloths destroyed.nnThe damaged and destroyed 6 shirts of my shirts. They were visibly heavily stained, out of shape and not usable anymore , yet they let me walk home without notifying me .nnIt took a whole week to get hold of the owner (slippery like a fish), I only got him on the phone because I had one of the employees call him.nnHe argued and refused to pay and said to give the shirts another look. He managed to repair 3, but 3 remained damaged.nnI went to the store with a witness and the owner refused to reimburse the damage in full. Those were expensive Paul Smith and all saints shirts which cost 40-60£. He reimbursed 1, and another cheaper one, and then stalled us.nnOriginally the shirt was white and fit, and he returned it beige and oversized and point blank lied to us that we had I brought like this. Complete liar and dishonest business behaviour .nnLuckily I know a lot of people here in copa and have warned everyone of him.nnDO NOT USE THIS LAUNDRY !!

Good service, friendly and quick, used them 3 times during my stay and everything was as it should be ... work shirts, and normal.

Thieves work at that place! On purpose I travel with not so fancy clothes. I had only one beautiful brand new red Ralph Lauren shirt and they took it. To make up for the weight they put some old shabby male pants. I found out about that too late. We had to fly so I couldn’t address the issue. This was also the most expensive laundry service we have ever experienced. 15 Brazilian pesos per kg.

Lost some of my items including expensive shorts. Not helpful in trying to resolve, ignored my messages. Never again.
